Returns and Refunds are mostly not applicable for items like Diapers, Muslin Essentials, bedding etc . Only if the product is damaged which includes manufacturing defects , missing products etc while receiving the order, a return or refund will be considered.
Returns and Refunds are possible only for the Trial packs in case of being a beginner of cloth diapers . You can check the trials packs here https://www.atoddlerthing.com/pages/trial-packs
Kindly note the are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS for products bought by mistake or products having sizing issues . Please make sure you check the size charts for all the products and then place your order.
If eligible for a return, in case of a misplacement or damage goods received , the invoice received is mandatory while returning the products.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@atoddlerthing.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Replacements
Free Replacements are done only for orders that have any product defects , for size exchange you need to contact our customer care at +916369851316 and we charge Rs.200 as additional (shipping charges) for replacement.
