Returns and Refunds are mostly not applicable for categories like Cloth Diapers, Padded Nappies & Undies and Baby Muslin Essentials. Only if the product is damaged which includes manufacturing defects and there are missed products while receiving the order, a return, refund or replacement will be considered.

In case of extreme disappointment, we are happy to replace the product (with a product of your choice for the same order value) after 1 month.

If eligible for a return, the invoice received is mandatory while returning the products.   

Kindly note: you can exchange the product for free in case there are sizing issues (as long as the products are unused and unwashed) . Please make sure you check the size charts for all the products and then place your order.

Returns and Refunds are possible only for the Trial packs in case of being a beginner of cloth diapers . You can check the trials packs here

No refunds and replacements will be considered for orders placed outside India. The custom duty to be borne by the customer

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. An amount of INR 200 will be charged for replacements on products bought during sale.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
